Beautiful Sasha - Amy Perl Oakland Photographer

I'm starting to get the end of summer phone calls for Fall/Holiday family photos, it's such a great time of year here in the Bay Area to do photos. The weather is great, and usually is until November! I just did this session last week with Sasha/mom/grandma, and I just picked out a handful to share.I love when I have the 'freedom' to do the work I love...actually I have had the luxury of having mostly that kind of freedom lately! The only time it is tough is when a client really has not seen my blog or my website, so they are not clear on my 'style'. As of recently though, this has not come up much!

I photographed this great wedding in Glen Ellen a few weeks ago. The couple was SO chill...totally open to the day, the photos, went with the flow...made for a very relaxing work day for me. I just quickly picked a few of my favorite portraits from the day. There are a ton that I love from the reception as well, but for now I am just posting some portraits!

Well, it's been a long time since my last post, a few weeks I believe. We went away on vacation - San Diego, Clearlake, a bit of Mexico and a quick Vegas stint. All fun, all relaxing! In looking back on my past few posts, I realized I've been showing my own personal photos, which I love to do, but for a quick change I am today posting some photos from some recent (pre-vacation) portrait sessions. And as I am still a bit lazy from my time away, I have not edited this selection down much and am showing quite a few photos...but why not!?
